General Terms of Use (GTU)

The company Paris Vices, a simplified joint-stock company in the process of being created, domiciled at 89 rue Cardinet 75017 Paris (hereinafter “Paris Vices”), is the publisher of the website www.parisvices.com (hereinafter the “Website”) hosted by the company Ionos: Ionos SARL - 7 Place de la Gare - BP 70109 - 57201 Sarreguemines Cedex - France.
The purpose of these General Terms of Use is to set out the general terms and conditions by which, on the one hand, Paris Vices makes the Website and the Services available to the User and, on the other hand, the User can access and use the Website and the Services. They are supplemented by the Paris Vices Charter, accessible at https://www.parisvices.com/charte.
Accessing the Website and the Services implies application and acceptance by the User of these General Terms of Use and the Paris Vices Charter:
Article 1. Definitions
Cookies: files containing data (and in particular a unique identifier) transmitted by the server of a website to the User's browser and stored on their hard drive.
Personal data: information and data that identify or make a User of the Website identifiable, and for example their name or pseudonym, email, image, IP address.
CGU: these General Terms of Use and the Paris Vices Charter.
Event: events offered by third parties via the Website.
Official Page: a profile created by a third party to identify a service offered, such as a bar, a nightclub, etc.
Website: the pages of the Website accessible at the address www.parisvices.com.
Services: all services made available to the User on the Website free of charge or for a fee, as described in Article 3 below or offered in the future on the Website.
User: the natural person of legal age (over 18 years old) accessing the Website and wishing to use the Services.
Article 2. Description of the Website
The Website is an adult dating site dedicated to libertine relationships. It is strictly prohibited for minors and may not be used for professional or commercial purposes (escorts, prostitution).
Registration on the Website is free. However, access to certain features requires the payment of a subscription by Users.
The Website and the Services are provided to the User on the basis of an "as is" service and accessible according to their availability. They are in principle accessible 24/7, except in the event of force majeure or an event beyond the control of Paris Vices, and subject to maintenance periods and possible breakdowns.
Paris Vices reserves the right to make changes to the Website and/or to modify or delete all or part of the Website and/or the Services after having previously informed the User via a message accessible on his personal messaging on the Website.
Article 3. Description of the Services
The Website offers the User the following free Services, without this list being exhaustive:
register for free on the Website to fill out his profile, post an ad, photos and videos;
view ads and restricted profiles of other Users registered on the Website, as well as Events and Pages;
The Website offers the User, in addition to the free Services, the following paid Services, without this list being exhaustive:
send "favorites", interact via chat, internal messaging and/or live with all other Users;
become a fan of Official Pages, register or create an Event;
create or follow an Official Page.
The applicable rates are available on the Website.
Payment is made via a secure service.
Banking data is transmitted to the payment operator Stripe in order to carry out the financial transactions necessary to access the paid features of Paris Vices. This data is directly transmitted from the user interface to Stripe, stored on Stripe's servers and is not shared with a third party, including Paris Vices.
Subscription to all or part of the paid Services can be made with or without a renewal option. In the event of a renewal option, the subscription is automatically renewed at the end of the subscribed period for the initial period chosen. The User may terminate it fifteen days before the end of the chosen period. In the absence of renewal, the subscription ends at the end of the chosen period, and the User must again pay by credit card if he wishes to renew his subscription. The User may terminate it
