PARISVICES CODE OF CONDUCT
1. Purpose
This Code of Conduct forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions governing participation in the PARISVICES community and its events, including but not limited to “Lob” and “SoB” gatherings (hereinafter the Events).
By registering on the website or attending any Event, participants acknowledge and agree to comply fully with the present Code.
2. Behaviour and Respect
All members shall conduct themselves respectfully and appropriately towards others at all times.
Excessive alcohol consumption and any form of aggressive, insistent, or disrespectful behaviour are strictly prohibited.
Absolute respect is required towards women and couples. The same respect applies reciprocally: men are not to be treated as mere sexual objects.
Any conduct that breaches this principle shall lead to immediate and permanent exclusion from the Events and the Site.
3. Consent and Boundaries
All interactions between participants must be based on mutual consent, active participation, and respect for personal limits.
The nature of certain practices (including gangbangs and other group encounters) does not exempt participants from these principles.
Each participant must ensure that every partner has clearly expressed consent.
Any non-consensual or inappropriate act will result in permanent exclusion and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
4. Hygiene and Health
Participants are expected to maintain impeccable personal and intimate hygiene.
As responsible members of the libertine community, participants undertake to undergo regular testing for sexually transmitted infections (including HIV).
Health and hygiene are considered a collective responsibility for the safety and comfort of all.
5. Commitment and Attendance
By confirming attendance at an Event, participants make a personal commitment to honour their registration.
Unjustified or last-minute cancellations disrupt the organisation, affect the participant ratio, and may cause the cancellation of the Event.
Repeated failures to honour commitments may result in suspension or exclusion from future Events.
6. Prohibited Substances
The use, possession, or distribution of illegal or controlled substances (including but not limited to GHB, ecstasy, and similar drugs) is strictly prohibited at all Events.
Any violation will result in immediate exclusion and may be referred to law enforcement.
7. Confidentiality and Privacy
All participants are required to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any information, behaviour, or interaction occurring during Events.
Mobile phones and recording devices are not permitted during Events.
Exceptionally, photographs or videos may be taken only at the request of a woman or a couple, solely for private use, and with the explicit consent of all individuals concerned.
Any breach of confidentiality obligations will lead to permanent exclusion and potential legal action.
8. Enforcement
PARISVICES reserves the right to refuse or revoke access to its Site or Events to any participant who fails to comply with this Code, without refund or prior notice.
Decisions by the organisers are final and not subject to appeal.
